We work from your drawings and 3D models. We cut parts on our own CNC router, then weld, bond and assemble them under one roof at our Austin, Texas shop. That means one vendor, one quote and fewer handoffs between shops.

Semiconductor tools need materials that hold up to harsh process chemicals without contaminating the process. The plastics we fabricate are chosen for that work:
- Resistance to acids, bases and many solvents used in wet processing
- High-purity fluoropolymers like PVDF, PFA and Halar for ultra-pure chemical service
- Low particle shedding and low outgassing for cleanroom environments
- FM 4910 listed materials that limit fire spread and smoke in the cleanroom

Cleanroom and Chemical-Resistant Materials
What is FM 4910? FM 4910 is a fire-safety test standard from FM Approvals for plastics used in cleanrooms. Materials that pass it limit how fast fire spreads and how much smoke is released, which protects wafers and tools if a fire starts. Many semiconductor fabs require FM 4910 listed materials for wet benches and other process equipment.
